Andy and Christie Kirk have three children, and they live on the Gold Coast, Australia. Andy is the Global Kids Ambassador for OneHope and also serves as the National Leader of Children’s Ministry for the ACC (Australian Christian Churches).

From leading locally in churches, overseeing Multi-site Ministries, and years of Mentoring and Consulting into churches, his experience and knowledge of Kids & Families Ministry is extensive. Both Andy and Christie are passionate about empowering and equipping people to live out all they were created to do by matching people’s potential with God possibilities.
Jason is a devoted husband, loving father, and passionate kids ministry champion. Alongside his talented wife, who serves as a music teacher, he's raising two energetic boys who share an infectious enthusiasm for gaming and sports.

Through his unique blend of creative storytelling, interactive activities, and meaningful dialogue, he ensures every child has the opportunity to encounter faith in ways that are engaging, relevant, and transformative.
Laura Douglas serves as Campus Pastor at Calvary Church on the Sunshine Coast alongside her husband, while also leading as Global Calvary Kids Director across all Calvary locations. She oversees ACCKids QLD/NT, working with children's pastors throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory.
Laura's ministry focuses on coaching kids pastors, developing strong leaders, and helping families connect with their local church community. Her passion lies in ensuring children develop a meaningful relationship with Jesus, understand God's word, and find belonging in their church family.
Alice McInnes serves as the Executive Pastor at Futures Church Australia and as the State ACC Kids Director for South Australia. With 30 years of dedicated service in church and ministry, Alice brings a wealth of experience and a heart full of passion to her roles.
Alice lives her calling alongside her husband Rob and their two children (19 and 10).
Throughout her three decades of ministry, Alice has developed a profound passion for kids and families ministry. She believes deeply in the potential of every generation to contribute meaningfully to the church community. Alice is particularly gifted at helping people discover their unique gifts and callings, creating pathways for them to be activated within the church.
David is a Kids Pastor and Creative Director of Hillsong Kids and has been part of the team at Hillsong Church in Sydney, Australia for over 24 years. He is passionate about children, the generations and leadership that makes a difference. He is the creator of the exciting ‘BIG’ Children’s Ministry curriculum and both Dave and his wife Beci are a key part of the creative teams that produce Hillsong Kids Praise and Worship albums. Dave and Beci have three children: Brooklyn, Orlando, and London.
Esther Witbreuk is the Global Kids Pastor at Planetshakers Church overseeing campuses locally and around the world, she has done so for over 15 years. She has a desire to see every child reached and empowered by the Gospel of Jesus Christ and live out their potential filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. Esther has a heart for families of children with special needs and with the team pioneered a ministry to ensure that every family can be a part of, thrive and belong at church. Esther and the team reach thousands of families weekly through the local church, online materials and events.Esther, her husband Joshua and three young children are based in Melbourne, Australia.
Allyson has been involved in children’s ministry for over 30 years and is currently part of the executive team at Imagine Nations Church in Sydney with a focus on building generational training across all areas of church. Allyson is also the ACC Safer Churches leader.

Andrae has served as the Children’s Pastor of One Community Church in Plano, TX for over 10 years. He is passionate about helping every kid and family know Jesus and live for Him. He specializes in creating resources for the whole family and equipping parents to be the best parent they can be.
Andrae provides leadership lessons and practical insights virtually and in person as a breakout speaker for conferences, church workshops and through One Community Church's Climb Network. He leads the DFW Kidmin roundtable with an incredible team, is the proud father of his son Jayden and daughter Kaylin. Andrae and his wife Crystal are passionate about serving the local church and seeing lives of all ages transformed by faith in Christ.
Beth Cunningham is on the Leadership Team at Church of the Highlands, a church with twenty-four locations across Alabama and Georgia, where she oversees the ministry to children and women. She is passionate about serving God’s house and seeing people reach their full potential in Christ.
Beth has been in local church ministry for 28 years, planted 18 years at Highlands. She loves studying the Word, developing leaders, sharing the truth with the next generation, and investing in families. She has the unique opportunity to serve 5500 leaders as they minister in Highlands Kids and Highlands Women.
In addition to her role at Highlands, Beth serves on the Board of Directors of One Hope, which has reached over two billion children with the mission of God’s Word Every Child. She is also a Board Director for the Foundation of Intelligent Media and Design, a ministry committed to creating high quality Bible based video games to tell God’s story.
She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Shon, for 28 years. They are proud parents of grown children, their daughter Rachel and her husband, Philipp, and their son, Tyler.
Justin Edge serves as the Central Ministry Leader for LifeKids at Life.Church, a multi-site church with 45 locations across 12 states with children’s ministries that range in size from 100 up to 1,400.
With nearly two decades of experience on staff, Justin brings a deep commitment to serving the global Church and a passion for helping children grow in confidence in their faith. He is a visionary leader who thrives on developing and empowering others to recognize their potential and reimagine what ministry can be.
Through strategic leadership and innovative ministry approaches, Justin continues to shape environments where both kids and leaders are inspired to grow, lead, and make a lasting impact.
Delia serves as the Central NextGen Pastor at Radiant Church in Tampa Bay, overseeing Kids and Youth Ministries across 13 locations. She’s passionate about raising up leaders and families who disciple the next generation toward a lasting, mission-driven faith. Delia loves coaching and encouraging fellow KidMin leaders to find scalable, sustainable models of ministry that are biblically rich and culturally contagious. Collaborative and creative by nature, she loves partnering with leaders to find practical solutions and fresh ideas that move ministry forward and help the next generation encounter the Gospel. Delia and her husband, Sam, have four daughters and love serving in ministry together.
Shawn is passionate about helping churches reimagine discipleship for Gen Alpha and empowering parents to reclaim the home as the front line of spiritual formation. Drawing on years of experience leading in some of the largest multi-site churches in the US and smaller local congregations, as well as his work with OneHope’s InCommon network, Shawn is dedicated to helping leaders develop outcome-based ministries that cultivate resilient, Bible-centered faith in the next generation. He’s currently serving as one of the student pastors at Bayside Church, in Northern California. Together with his wife, Brittany, he’s raising two boys, Beckham and Brayden, reminding him every day that ministry to the next generation starts at home.
Larry has been in ministry for 18 years and currently oversees Kids Ministry across 18 campuses at Christ Church of the Valley. Before that, he served as a police officer for 9 years. Larry has been married to his wife, Jen, for 23 years, and they have two daughters. He’s passionate about sports, leadership, the next generation, and helping families grow in faith. Larry brings energy, strategy, and heart to everything he does.
